This Privacy Policy explains how Development & Technology Consultations LLC (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use dtconsultations.com and our Services. By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.
01Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, email, username/password, and details you submit through forms, sign-ups, or support requests; community identifiers you choose to share (for example, your Discord or Telegram handle).
- Payment information: subscriptions are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment-card numbers on our servers; the processor handles card data under its own security and privacy terms.
- Automatically collected information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and similar usage data collected via cookies and analytics.
- Cookies and similar technologies: used for site functionality, login sessions, preferences, analytics, and (where applicable) marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
02How we use information
We use information to: provide and operate the Services; create and manage accounts; process subscriptions and payments; deliver alerts, content, and support; communicate with you (including newsletters you opt into); maintain security and prevent fraud; analyze and improve the Services; and comply with legal obligations.
03How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: service providers acting on our behalf (for example, payment processors, hosting, email, and analytics providers); platforms you choose to connect with (for example, Discord); and authorities or third parties where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, safety, and property. If our business is transferred (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets), information may transfer as part of that transaction.
04Third-party services
The Services integrate with or link to third parties (for example, payment processors, Discord, TradingView, analytics, and embedded market-data charts). Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for third-party practices.
05Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, after which we delete or anonymize it.
06Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
07Your rights
Depending on your location (for example, under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact admin@dtconsultations.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. You may also opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link.
08International users
We are based in the United States, and your information may be processed in the United States or other countries with different data-protection laws than your own. By using the Services, you consent to this transfer and processing.
09Children
The Services are not directed to, and are not intended for use by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
